For card and TCG product types, Fulcrum provides card-specific subqualities such as Near Mint, Lightly Played and Moderately Played. A subquality records the staff assessment; it is not a grading certification or a promise of an automatic price adjustment.

Fulcrum supports game-store and card-shop workflows, including condition-aware inventory and trade-ins. Catalog coverage varies, so ask us to review the products your store handles.

### Can staff record a card’s condition?

Card and TCG product types have card-specific subquality choices. Staff select the appropriate assessment when the workflow offers it; these choices are not independent grading certifications.

### Can I offer store credit for a trade?

Yes. Review available cash and store-credit offers in the trade window and choose the offer to apply to the transaction.

### Is Shopify included?
