Our hope is not only to cut down on time spent at the register during transactions, but also to eliminate the need for any extensive training hours spent on learning a new system.
Clear User Interface
Throughout years of using multiple different POS systems, we found that time spent searching for things was very time consuming, so we set out to change all that. FulcrumOS’ User Interface (“UI”) has been developed to be clearly labeled and very ‘information-forward,’ to assist users in easily navigating through menus and transactional screens.
Intuitive Searching
Built into the heart of FulcrumOS is a search engine that is simple and elegant, ensuring that anyone can utilize it. The search engine allows you to quickly and easily search for any product across linked locations, so you can better assist your customers at locating what they’re looking for. This search includes any custom items you’ve entered into your store, as well as any standardized products you carry.
Custom Line Padding
While using FulcrumOS, some users may have different sight desires/requirements, so we’ve made it simple to change visual design settings to help with these needs. While viewing any list, users can opt to have lots, or very minimal, padding between items on the list. Users can also decide to show or hide any categorical columns they have available in their store.
