The streamlined Transaction Flow of FulcrumOS ensures users have the easiest time possible at the register, allowing your business to cut wait times down to a minimum.
Live Price Checking
During any trade-in, the user can search within the Trade window for an item and get a live reading of PriceCharting.com‘s current data. This pricing data will be compared to your pre-set custom cash and credit percentage values, to provide the user with an appropriate cash or credit value for the item being traded. This allows for accurate appraisal and payouts of all trade-in transactions.
Easy Payment Splits
Other systems can hold you back at the checkout process by forcing you to figure out how to manually split up payment options for both trade-ins and purchases. With FulcrumOS, splitting payments is a breeze. Whether a customer is trading in for customer credit, or doing a return/purchase/cash payout combination, FulcrumOS allows you to easily split payments between your choice of credit/debit cards, Magstripe or barcoded gift cards, cash, and customer credit. Not only can you split a payment into all those different methods, but you can do so an unlimited amount of times as necessary!
Auto-Save & Easy Labeling
Never lose progress on a transaction ever again! FulcrumOS allows the user to name and save any transaction during its progress, making those transactions easy to identify and return to later. There is also a safety feature in place that will auto-save your transaction any time you navigate away from the transactional screen. Now you’ll never again have to stress about forgetting to click ‘save’ before going to check your invoices!
Add-ons, Discounts, and More
Easily manage the minutia of your transactions before clicking complete! Before clicking the checkout button, FulcrumOS gives you the ability to attach customer data & credit, easily add ‘impulse items’, place discounts on individual items (or globally across the entire transaction), and even switch between store locations to help a customer find an item that may be in stock elsewhere in your company.
