Can staff record a card’s condition?
Card and TCG product types have card-specific subquality choices. Staff select the appropriate assessment when the workflow offers it; these choices are not independent grading certifications.
Can I offer store credit for a trade?
Yes. Review available cash and store-credit offers in the trade window and choose the offer to apply to the transaction.
Is Shopify included?
Fulcrum’s Shopify integration is included. Your Shopify subscription is separate, and supported product and field mappings depend on the setup.
